Exercise Tips:
Get a least 30 minutes of “brisk” exercise every day. If a 30 minute block of time doesn’t work, then try three 10-minute bouts of exercise. Even two 15-minute blocks of time are okay. Remember, exercise has cumulative benefits.
Nutrition News:
Tip 1: Eat six meals a day-
Active people should eat frequently (about every three hours) to accelerate metabolism and maintain steady energy levels throughout the day.
Tip 2: Choose “appropriate” portion sizes-
According to USDA statistics, the average daily caloric intake of Americans has increased about 150 calories over the past 20 years. This increase is due to an increase in portion size and equates to around an extra 15 pounds a year. This is why portion size is extremely important in weight management. |
Testimonials
"Working with Ashano Johnson as my personal trainer, I have enjoyed awesome results! While having entertained other trainers, he has been the first trainer to "keep" my attention. Ashano provides a simple recipe for immediate improvements. He inspires continued progress and ultimate success. He is able to teach proper technique in a motivating manner.
Whether you seek that dependable driving force or just instruction on how to develop the best “you” physically or nutritionally, I highly recommend participating in a few personal fitness training sessions with Ashano.

"I can't begin to explain how much I appreciated the time and effort Ashano took in getting me off to a great start in my return to fitness! Ashano showed me exercises, stretches, and uses of equipment that not only had I never seen, but that I probably wouldn't have experienced without him. He has a vast knowledge, and puts it to great use, making each training session unique and challenging. While the physical part and the knowledge I gained was great, what I will never forget was Ashano's great attitude! He was humble, courteous, honest, and energetic. I couldn't have had a better experience, and neither will you!" Thanks again, Kelvin Monteith |
